FAA Practical Tests

This website is intended to provide clear information and scheduling access for FAA practical tests. Practical tests are conducted in a professional, structured manner and in accordance with current FAA regulations and Airman Certification Standards (ACS).
Checkrides are currently conducted out of KFZZ, KCHD, and KSDL. Requests for other airports may be considered based on availability.

Applicants must meet all applicable eligibility and aeronautical experience requirements prior to scheduling. At a minimum, the requirements of 14 CFR §§ 61.109, 61.65, and 61.129 must be fully satisfied.
Submitting a scheduling request does not constitute final confirmation. All requests are reviewed to ensure eligibility, readiness, and logistical feasibility.
Verification of required documents, endorsements, and application status. Aircraft documentation and airworthiness are also reviewed.
An ACS-based discussion covering required knowledge areas. The oral portion is structured, professional, and scenario-based.
Evaluation of required tasks and maneuvers in accordance with the applicable ACS. Emphasis is placed on safety, decision-making, and risk management.
